The U. S. Supreme Court refused to hear the government’s DACA case, which in short means that DACA will continue and USCIS will accept renewals beyond March 5, 2018 deadline. However, new DACA applications will not be accepted. Future of DACA remains in the hands of Congress or the Ninth Circuit.
Sąd najwyższy w Stanach Zjednoczonych odmówil przeglądnięcia i podjęcia decyzji w sprawie DACA. DACA będzie kontynułowana jak dotychczas i będzie można odnowić DACA status nawet po 5-ym marca tego roku (2018). Jakkolwiek nowe aplikacje na DACA program nie będą przyjmowane. Przyszłość DACA nadal pozostaje w rękach Kongresu lub Ninth Circuit.
